Open Support
In the web app sidebar, open Help → Support. This opens the in‑app support widget.
The support widget always offers email support, and, if a support agent is available, a chat option during standard business hours (Central Time).
Enter a short summary and a detailed description of the problem.
Attach screenshots if available and submit.
What to include
Your account email
Affected device name and telemetry ID
Feature/page where the issue appears (for example, Images → Preview)
Approximate time the issue occurred and any error messages
