App Notifications

Configure how Aegio notifies you about new device activity. Choose what to be notified about and how notifications appear.

What you can do

  • Enable or disable certain notification categories

  • Choose in-app badges and alerts

  • Adjust sound and appearance (where supported)

Turn on App Notification collection on a device

The exact steps vary by platform, but generally:

Enable App Notifications on a device

  1. On the managed device, open the Aegio app and sign in with the enrolled account.

  2. Grant notification permissions to Aegio when prompted.

  3. Keep the device connected to the internet so new messages can sync.

View Notifications

Browse notification

  1. Select a device in the sidebar, then click Apps.

  2. Add/Modify screen times as desired, setting days and hours. Note: screen times apply only within a single day range, so if you wish to continue a block past midnight, two sets of screen times must be entered.

  3. Existing entries can be edited or deleted via the context menu.

Open notification settings

  1. Open Account → Settings.

  2. Find the Notifications section and adjust your preferences.

Note: Browser-level settings can affect whether you see alerts. Make sure notifications are allowed for your browser/site if prompted.
