Devices

Use the Devices section to navigate between enrolled devices and access their data, like Images, Videos, Messages, Calls, Location, Screen Time, and Web Activity. This topic explains how to find a device, switch context, and use common actions.

What you can do

  • Browse your enrolled devices in the sidebar

  • Switch the active device context for all feature pages

  • Open device-specific pages (Images, Videos, Messages, Calls, Location, Screen Time, Apps, Web Activity)

  • Access device actions such as rename or remove (where available)

Requirements

  • You must be signed in to your Aegio account.

  • At least one device must be enrolled. See Device Management.

Find and select a device

Open a device

  1. In the web app, look at the left sidebar under Devices.

  2. Click a device name to expand its menu.

  3. Choose the feature you want to view, for example Images or Location.

Tip: When you open a feature link under a device, Aegio switches your context to that device automatically.

Troubleshooting

  • Don’t see your device

    • Make sure it’s enrolled and not deleted in Device Management.

    • Refresh the page or revisit the app after a few minutes if it was just added.

  • Device shows but feature pages are empty

    • The device may not have shared that data yet (e.g., no new photos). Try again later.

FAQs

  • Can I reorder devices?

    • Devices appear in the order they’re returned by the service. Reordering may be introduced later; for now, use search or naming conventions.
